• Local Delivery Only: We do not ship products. All orders are delivered locally within 24 hours of purchase.

• Service Area: Delivery is available to both individuals and businesses within our designated service area. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your location is covered.

• Delivery Scheduling: Once your order is placed, we will reach out to confirm delivery time and any special drop-off instructions.

🌱 Quality Assurance & Replacement Policy

• On-Delivery Inspection: All items will be presented for visual inspection upon delivery.

• Replacement Guarantee: If a product does not meet your expectations at the time of delivery, we will provide a replacement on the spot.

• Refunds: If a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued for the affected item(s).

Note: We cannot offer replacements or refunds after the delivery is completed and accepted.
